Had rubber hose hanging from rear end and wanted spark plugs changed.
I came in to have a hanging hose fixed it was just a rear end vent hose. they tied it up for me. I was told the parking brake was hanging up and needed fixed and that i needed new parking brake pads, rotors ,calipers and brake pads in the rear and rotors, calipers and pads for the front. i told Reese those are pretty new brakes on the truck that you guys did a few years ago and only have 14,000 miles on them. Parking brakes and all . i spent $2,400 on that job. He said there 5 years old . I said that does not matter i drive the truck about once a week and use parking brake a lot so it does not freese up. He said again again there 5 years old. I said thats should not be a problem dont touch the brakes . i asked him if he would change all 16 spark plugs and put new wires on them, they were original . They did a good job on the wires but it cost me $848.00. I think that is a little excessive but I know nothing is cheap. I come to your shop because I know and respect you all. I am a little confused about this last visit.
