Excellent Service
My experience at Rodey's Auto Repair was quite pleasant. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and quite proficient at their business. I had an oil change and a fan belt replaced. Overall, I was very happy with my experience there.

These people are bad
Johnathan gets high and cant pass a drug test but want his employees to. The only way to get good service is anyone there but him. He may as well have a sign white people only except his hispanic worker.

Super Customer Service!
The Customer Service Representative was willing to stay after closing time if needed so we could get our car back before the weekend! I was really impressed with her helpfulness to a customer!
Fortunately, the car was ready and we arrived before closing time! But still just her willingness was impressive!

Just had the vehicle that I drive serviced today, May 10 2021. Unlike other so called repair places they did not try to scam me due to my lack of knowledge in regards to vehicle maintenance. It is sad that there are so many scammers out there that you have to really dig deep to find someone who is not. I have been to nissan dealership multiple times, been to jiffy lube, walmart, called precision tune auto care, called goodyear, etc. A couple of places wanted me to drop off the vehicle that I was using but such was not an option to me due to circumstances. I am glad that I was finally enabled to find an excellent place.

Matt said his vehicle was there for 6 months he took the vehicle in for a fuel pump , they told him they would replace the crank because it had a really bad knock. They rebuilt his vehicle and in the end results it still wasn't fixed he ended up selling it after paying 2200 for the rebuild which wasn't done correctly there was bolts missing and it went bad after two weeks of getting it fixed. He said it's the worst experience he has ever had.

Customer service person was helpful and friendly.
The mechanics have done good work. I compared their price on my last repair and they came in under the average price listed on my online search.

Andrew said he called first thing in the morning for an appointment and he was able to get in pretty quickly. He also stated that the staff are very friendly and they provided great service.
