Worst service ever.
They have the worst service in the world, I took my car to fix and I had to pick it up worse and with more problems, Cris is the worst assistant never had an answer, he never communicated and left me the car for almost two months and they didn't know what he had, they ordered the parts that were not and we had to keep waiting, they gave me the car with a check engine and they didn't know why it was... how is that possible. Definitely the worst service I've ever seen in my life.

My license is suspended because of their incompetence
You should never do business w/ @HyundaiRockland .They never returned the plates to the car I turned in. After notice from DMV telling me they would suspend my registration & license if they weren't returned they promised to take care of it. I mistakenly trusted them and their DMV person.

Instead, nothing was done. DMV sent me a letter today and I can't drive *any* car registered to me & my license will be suspended thanks to their stupidity. I of course have no record because they never gave me a receipt for the plates. I'll have to spend a day with DMV to try to figure this out. It's going to cost me money in fines, several days and the cost of getting something to drive to DMV. All because someone couldn't do the one thing he offered to do, send the plates to DMV and then worse, promise it would be taken care of.

WORST experience of leasing a car. If you do buy a car, take your plates.

New Year off to a great start, thanks Rockland Hyundai. You couldn't get me to let you change the oil on my car, I'd probably end up with points on my license somehow.

Amazing car shopping experience at Rockland Hyundai
I stopped by this dealership on a high recommendation of a friend who was sold a car by a sales representative, Mr. Gurdy, with whom I also made an appointment to see.
Mr. Gurdy was very warm and friendly upon his greeting and listened intently to match my needs. He presented me with several finance options to fit within my budget, and I drove out of the dealership not only with a new car but feeling very comfortable with my purchase.
Mr. Gurdy made sure to make me feel that he was working for me and my best interest and not just for his pocket.

Painless and helpful

Car was brought in after accident
The body shop fixed the exterior but the engine and other parts were not working properly. The insurance company got involved and had the car sent to ROCKLAND HYUNDAI and they not only fixed the accident related issues but took care of all the recall issues as well. Car drives like new. Thank you Hyundai and thank you Chris.

Needed a state DMV inspection as well as wipers and fog light out.
They sent a driver with a loaner car to pick up my vehicle. Upon my car's arrival at their shop, I was told there was an oil leak from the valve cover gasket which also leaked onto the alternator. They said it was covered under warranty and within a few days, all was fixed and my car was returned to my house and the loaner picked up by dealership driver. No charge for the valve cover gasket or new alternator.
The service coordinator, the driver and all the staff were courteous, professional and made sure I was satisfied with all the work.
