The Best
Carstar Roberts provides not only excellent, timely service, they do it with a smile. My Subaru was returned to me looking like the day I drove it away from the dealership, only, maybe, a bit cleaner.

Very good service. Excellent and organized office staff. Siobhan Scott did the estimate. Very professional and knowledgeable. The repairs were well done and I was texted and e-mailed about the progress of the repair. Highly recommend them!

Excellent service from start to finish
The interaction with Robert's was professional, transparent and friendly from start to finish. George, my POC, was consistent and competent with his technical explanation and advice. Everything was completed as promised. The Safe Lite service was also very professional and as prompt as possible. Robert's + Safe Lite + AAA + my insurance's collaboration on my windshield replacement and underlying rust repair meant I really had very little to stress about -- I'm so grateful!

Excellent as Usual
I've had several experiences with Robert's with two vehicles. The most recent visit was for my 2021 Subaru Forester and, as usual, the friendly staff and excellent workmanship was greatly appreciated, and I got my car back early. Highly recommended
