Poor service Dept.
So my dad brought a 2022 hyundai Tuscan about a year ago. And yesterday he went to fill it up and it wouldn't take the gas. So my mom calls dealership to schedule app and they said they couldn't get it til Oct 14 a whole month from now. So I called this morning and they directed me to the GMC service manager who was very condescending towards me and didn't offer to help in anyway. Just kept saying there is nothing they can do so my dad is without a vehicle for a month with nothing else to drive. And he works an hour from home it's not like he can catch a ride that far. But do they care no why would you book up all your hours with no thought of emergencies or people who are out of town or anything just dont care at all I have brought 4 vehicles from them but i will not be buying anymore. Just total jerks. I bet they get their cars in over top of other customers. They wouldn't go a month without a vehicle that they are paying for. Just very disrespectful and no empathy for their customers.
