First off our salesman Corbin Scott was great and he did everything in his power to make the experience great. I would recommend him. BUT, after he turned us over to the sales manager and finance it was a slimy deal from there. I personally don't like the approach of "how much do you want your payment to be" because they aren't telling you what they are charging you for the vehicle. I asked that question and got the run around about the payment, then I was told what the national average for this car is and then they started deducting their "discounts" from that number. Tell me what you're charging me for the car first and foremost, then we can worry about payments. Then speaking of payments, we were LIED to by the finance person Riley Surber. We had asked that our application be sent to our local credit union and he said he did send it and "they were higher than Bank of America". I called my CU this morning and they never received any applications from me. So what really happened is he lied to us to get the higher fees from BofA for writing the loan with them.
My advice is DO NOT TRUST the finance group at Rob Green Hyundai and have you're own financing in hand when you walk in the door. Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at a dealership and of course it's all over them making a few extra bucks off the customer and then smiling about it as they LIE right to your face.
