Car broken down in cold weather
I called AAA to jump a car in my driveway that would not start. The driver told me it was the starter that was bad. The next morning i called AAA to send a tow truck. The truck from R.J.T. responded promptly. I told the driver that I needed the vehicle back that day. I called R.J.T. couple hours later and received a detailed update on the vehicle and how much it would cost and when it would be ready. The job ended up being less expensive than i was expecting. The service/reception area at the garage was clean and accessible and employees were nice and helpful.

We are totally impressed with RJT
John was helpful, knowledgeable and easy to do business with. He clearly explained the problem and how it would need to be diagnosed and fixed. We have been having other problems with this car and he and RJT resolved them. We can’t recommend them highly enough.

Professional service

20+ Years of Great Service
I have brought my cars to RJT for more than 20 years for everything from annual NYS inspections and check-ups to occasional repairs. John and his team are always honest in informing me about what I need to take care of now and what could wait. They always prioritize safety, yet they never try to run up the bill. Their commitment and service is a large part of the reason why I have enjoyed one car for nine years and the next car for fourteen!

Disabled vehicle

Service at RJT
Service was quick and thorough, even though it was the middle of the day. Message on the dashboard indicated low air in a tire. I focused on pulling over and missed which tire was indicated. A technician came over with a tow truck hoping to fix the tire in my driveway but since the tire wasn’t flat, couldn’t figure out which tire it was. So he towed the are to the shop where the tire was fixed (had picked up a nail) and state inspection performed.
Staff was friendly and helpful as always- I have been a customer for many years, and RJT is close by.
And I was relieved that I didn’t have to buy new tires!
