Not the same Rizzco
My Dad went to Rizzco, when Mike owned it, for over 25 years. He would drive from Camarillo to have Mike service his Mercedes. I have also gone to Mike, all of my adult life. Since Mike sold Rizzco, it has gone downhill. I have tried to go here with the new owner with an open mind. This place is now a complete rip off. They kept my car for over a week. After that, I paid $839 for a new alternator. I went to drive my car and it still wasn’t running. Then the owner said it needed a new battery. Let’s add an additional $400 that was not diagnosed. Now, my car has been there 10 days. The time before this, I came in for service B. It was supposed to be approx $300. When I came to pick up my car, it was $1200. I never was contacted with the additional service done. This is unacceptable and from now on, we will get our service at Walter’s. It’s worth a bit extra to have communication and transparency.
After $839 spent, my car is not running. Chris has had my car for a week. Looks like I will need to take my car to Walter’s. Definitely not the same since Mike sold it.

Excellent service as always working on my German, Italian and American cars. Great timeliness and price. Will continue to service all my cars here.
Prior to bringing my Jeep into Rizzco, I brought it to a different mechanic who quoted me 1800+ dollars and over a week and a half of time to get it fixed and running again, I was told I'd need a new radiator, and not only that but that my head gaskets had also blown and would need to be sent to a machine shop to be replaced. Looking to find a better deal, I decided to tow it down to Rizzco, who within a few seconds of running his diagnostic check and looking at the engine while the jeep was running, determined it was the only the water pump that needed to be fixed. Kris ordered the part and it was fixed that same day for only a quarter of the price I was previously told I had to pay, not to mention the previous shop never even mentioned the water pump, these guys here are really on the ball, the knowledge and professionalism is unlike any other shop I've experienced personally. Kris recommended to leave it over night to bleed out the air from the radiator which I was unaware of and was very informative of everything I needed to know going forward in the future to maintain and make sure all my fluids are where they need to be. I've since picked it up this morning and it's been running with no issues since. I will definitely be bringing all my future business to Rizzco, Kris, and Fiji and recommend you'd do the same. True definition of 5 Star service.
I have taken my cars (2 BMW’s) to RIZZCO since Chris bought the business from the previous owners a few years back. He has always done excellent worn. He is honest and knowledgeable. I’ve recommended him to others.
They have thus far serviced my porsche 996 and today my bmw 330ci and am very happy with the responsiveness, knowledge and price.
I will be taking some of my other cars to this business for future needs.
4 weeks waiting, I hour of service that changed nothing, and no update on what the work to be done was waiting for.
4 weeks wait, one hour of diagnosis and then nothing, no update, no reason why no work to be done, just left vehicle sitting there till I had to pick up and take elsewhere . And no change in the problem I brought to be fixed. I did come in for a test drive with very helpful Armando but problem didn't occur till I got it back again. All they had to do was call me and say they weren't interested in working on it
