I'm pleased with the service provided for my Mazda tribute recently. Virginia safety and emissions inspection revealed defective steering controls. They were fixed in one day and I was kept apprised of its progress. Nice friendly service and the price was reasonable.
I been coming to this station for 5 years and the customer service, and technical experts has been top blocks in my book. They always try to work you in their busy schedule, if possible. Friendly atmosphere, coffee, WiFi and TV, if you like to wait. They give excellent mechanical service and advice on your repair, as well as, timely repair and ddiagnostics. If they can't fix your problem they'll let you know before starting. Oh, and prices are better than a dealership!
The team and service is always excellent! I had a significant problem with one of my tires just before a major snowstorm. The team repaired the tire immediately before the storm and with low cost of $25.00. I am very happy customer who will return again to my neighborhood service station. Thank you again Craig
