Absolutely TERRIBLE SERVICE
2nd car I leased from Riverhead Hyundai and it will be my last. Leased my 2nd vehicle on Memorial Day weekend 2024. On June 1st my payment for my 1st vehicle was automatically taken out of my bank account even though I no longer owned the vehicle, Hyundai owned it. When I tried to get my money back Hyundai finance told me it was Riverheads responsibility as they owned the car. I repeatedly ( at least 6 times ) tried to call and talk to the so called manager TOMMY AND HE NEVER RETURNED MY PHONE CALLS. I would never buy another vehicle from them again. Honestly I would probably be a customer for life if they would have treated me right instead they’ve avoided me like the plague over 179 dollars a big company like Hyundai should be EMBARRASSED THE WAY THEY TREAT THERE CUSTOMERS. ONCE THEY SELL YOU YOUR CAR THEY WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH YOU. BEWARE
