I would not recommend Rise V Auto Center West based on my experience purchasing a vehicle from them.
The vehicle I purchased had issues from day one. I have been extremely patient and have repeatedly brought the vehicle back in an effort to get the problems diagnosed and repaired. Despite multiple repairs and warranty/service-contract claims, the vehicle still has unresolved issues.
According to the repair and claim records I have gathered, more than $4,264 has been submitted through the service contract, including approximately $1,920 in labor. Despite all of this, the problems have not been properly resolved.
What is especially frustrating is that I was told I could use the service contract at other repair facilities. When I later tried to do so, I discovered that the vehicle's title status created limitations that I was not made aware of when I purchased the vehicle.
I have tried repeatedly to resolve this directly with the dealership and have given them plenty of opportunities to make things right. Unfortunately, after going back and forth for approximately a year and a half, I no longer have confidence in their ability to properly repair the vehicle or resolve my concerns.
I will no longer be taking the vehicle back to this dealership for repairs. At this point, I am moving forward with the appropriate next steps and keeping all of my purchase documents, repair orders, mileage records, communications, and service-contract records.
My biggest disappointment is not simply that the vehicle needed repairs. It is that I feel the problems were there from the beginning, I repeatedly reported them, and after numerous attempts to fix them, I am still left with the same unresolved concerns.
I strongly recommend that anyone considering purchasing a vehicle here do their own research, carefully review the vehicle's title history, understand exactly what warranty/service-contract coverage they are receiving, and have the vehicle independently inspected before purchasing.
