Great experience!
Staff is friendly and courteous. They provided me with a loaner car that saved me time and money with less stress about leaving my car over night. They got back to me when they said they would and Nick was great at helping me understand what the problem was with car and my options were going forward. Overall good experience even though I got bad news about my car.

Trustworthy
Won't take my car anywhere else. These guys are trustworthy, and do great and thorough work. No upselling here. A little on the pricey side for a bill, but the professionalism is worth it.

Great Service
Always pleased with the service. They always do what we ask and even fixed an unexpected problem that occurred when we went to pick up our vehicle at no charge. Great customer service. If they do uncover an unexpected problem, they never push us to make a decision if it is something that can wait .

Fantastic All the Way Around
I was referred to this shop by a close friend after I was told by my mechanic that my car was going to cost a ridiculous amount of money to repair. From the first phone call from Mike to picking up my car, I couldn't be happier with the service, expertise, friendliness and communication. My car got a new engine and a few other necessary parts for a fraction of what the other place wanted to charge me. My car runs great and I am grateful for everyone at Rightway Automotive that played a part in getting my car running again. If you want honesty and great customer service, these are your guys.
