Fast, friendly, honest work.
I have visited sylva every year since leaving WCU and have never had so much trouble but Ridgecrest Towing & Auto - Sylva made everything so much easier.

George came out to where we were stranded and was able to get our car running enough for me to get it to their shop (or any shop of my choosing). We took it straight there and though they offered to connect me with a ride share a local friend picked us up.

Derek gave me a realistic timeline and an estimate, assuming the diagnostics lined up with what we were thinking the problem was, upfront.
As soon as they were able the next day, they checked the vehicle and even stayed late to finish the repair because they knew I had to leave for Raleigh the next day.

I cannot thank them enough!!

George, Derek, and anyone else behind the scenes Thank you for your fast, friendly, and honest work.

Transmission Service, regular maintenance service
I was recommended by a family member to take my Highlander to Ridgecrest to have my regular transmission service done. It was a very clean garage, fenced in and secure. I was very pleased with the service and the price!
