I dropped my Vehicle off on December 7th ,2023 after 10 days I decided to check progress only to find out was still sitting on lot not even pulled in at explain my insurance would only cover 30 days. I spoke with a Catlyn who promised call back no return call then a Victoria promised to keep me updated along with provided me a contact number for her not only to respond to text but didn't respond to voice messages. My spouse made one phone call talked to 2 managers and Victoria ironically. And my vehicle was fixed. Thanks for Murphy for getting involved and getting the job done. I'm just disappointed me as a female couldn't get the response my spouse did. Score would have been higher if staff would have returned calls as promised.

Dear Mrs. Person, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We apologize for the delay in addressing your concerns and the lack of communication you experienced. We understand the importance of keeping our customers informed throughout the repair process. We have taken your feedback seriously and will use it as an opportunity to improve our customer service. I have personally taken the comment about not getting the response your husband did to heart. Females make up a large percentage of our staff. We face the same obstacles everyday working in a male dominated industry, we would never want to give off the impression that we would intentionally treat anyone different.
