I just picked up my custom built 2025 BMW X5 from Rick Hill BMW and am beyond pleased with the entire process. I made my initial appointment with Cade Lane to build and order my new car. He was able to answer all my questions regarding the options I was considering. His knowledge was extremely helpful as I was building the car of my dreams. This is my first "new" car purchase so I had elevated expectations that the ordering and receiving process would be fun and memorable, especially through BMW. Cade Lane is customer-oriented and was gracious at extending his knowledge and experience along the way to help me make the best choices in what I need and want in my new car. On delivery day, Cade was prepared to make the final steps easy and seamless from beginning to end including setting up special tech time with their tech genius, John Purcell. John managed the tech set up process so easily and took time to explain everything to me along the way. He took all the time I needed to answer my questions then advised that I drive for a few weeks, note my questions, and meet with him again to cover anything else I need additional instruction with. I am so pleased with my new BMW X5 and am 110% happy with the customer service I received along the way.
