Rick Case in Weston/Davie

This is how companies loss their customers.
Today 4-14-23 I had and appointment for a recall. I made this appointment in February.
I arrived @8am and guess what. No parts were ever ordered for my appointment.
Mr Danny Shannon (Automotive Service manager) told me in-front of everyone( so it’s recorded in their cameras). “Why should we order a part if we don’t even know if your showing up for your appointment “.
And he repeated again. My service person who was very polite, told him he checked and it was never, ever ordered.
Given I get text and emails weekly until yesterday, remind me if my up coming appointment. That So call service manager Danny Shannon said that they had the part for other customers that were coming but not for me. So how should I look at this, is he being prejudiced in some way. He most certainly doesn’t belong in his position. He had absolutely No place telling me what he said.
THIS is how you LOOSE customer completely. I have been Hyundai customer for over 15 years now.
