have to say I went in with a lot of apprehension thinking I’d get the same story no we can’t finance you or I’d find terrible cars…..the experience I had was wonderful Chase was so nice and compassionate I found a car I really liked it was a Sunday so I couldn’t get the answer until Monday the finance company called me asked me a few questions and approved me!! I was so excited I went to pick up my car that eve now this is where it gets sticky I filled out all the paperwork and when I left the transmission went out!! I was in tears thinking great I just bought myself a car that’s financed that I have to put 1000’s of dollars in. I called chase and he told me to bring it back I finally got there and he said we will take care of it you didn’t even make it home!!!I couldn’t believe it!! That’s amazing service in my eyes!! Thank you Chase
