Honest, caring, quality work, and patient explanations.
I've been going to Rich for over a year at this point. I hold back my reviews and like to get to know folks before I get too excited. Rich is the best mechanic I've found in the 2 years I've lived here, and I have an old car so I've been going in a lot. Rich is knowledgeable, affordable, always willing to explain pricing without becoming a grump or a bully (which many mechanics do), and super patient in explaining the details of the repair for as long as I can take before my head explodes, ?. Rich is a really great guy, I'm glad I found him, and I'd highly recommend him to anyone!!!
