I brought my 2012 subaru in for an inspection. A stabilizer link needed to be replaced. Victor ordered it immediately. Unfortunately, the auto parts dealer forgot the part. Ronnie was apologizing for the issue and assured me that it would be taken care of first thing Sunday morning. I arrived on Sunday and the car was repaired and inspected within 90 minutes.
