I should've had another set of eyes with me to look at the vehicle more closely as well as test every aspect of the car. I was so glad to be rid of the rental car that I wasn't fully cognizant of thoroughly examining my personal vehicle.

It was a pleasure meeting you today. Thank you for taking the time to explain the issues you’re experiencing.

I'm glad we were able to resolve the issue with the driver-side headlight bulb, which had gone out. Although it was related to the accident, it turned out to be a simple fix.

Regarding the difficulty with closing the inner and rear doors, we’ll have those issues addressed for you on Wednesday. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.
