These guys go above and beyond. Instead of just guessing, they thoroughly assessed every single fluid in my vehicle, mapped them directly against GM factory intervals, and actually showed me physical comparisons of clean fluid versus neglected fluid. It turned out my Yukon was in decent shape, but getting a fresh start with all-new fluids gave me the exact reassurance I needed.
What truly sets RG Brakes apart from every other shop is their next-level communication. The staff is incredibly hands-on. I received real-time text updates, pictures, videos, and quick phone calls for approvals before they touched any small items that needed attention. There were zero surprises.
It’s those exact details—transparency, modern communication, and expert knowledge—that separate them from the rest. If you want an honest mechanic who respects your time and your safety, this is the place. I cannot recommend them enough!
