We found your ac system to be slightly overcharged, but as we mentioned during your visit it was to cold outside to properly diagnose the ac system since the AC system heavily uses ambient temperature to contorol the compressor. And since you were waiting for it we didn't have time to perform the nessasary troubleshooting. We'd be happy to help properly diagnose your concern, but we will need some time with the vehicle. As for the alignment, if you need us to recheck or correct anything performed on the alignment, you do have 30 days from the date of the service to have it adjusted under warranty. Please let us know if you would like us to schedule a reinspection at no charge to get that resolved for you. We do our best to not act like the "typical shops" your reffering to, and hope we get the opportunity to prove that to you. Thank you!
