These guys are beyond shady. The majority of 5 star reviews for this shop, across multiple websites, are either solicited and paid for by Alan Symmes or created by the ultimate thief himself - Aan Symmes. These guys will take advantage of new customers, if they find the opportunity.

Alan is always so nice and great to work with. I have been bringing my car there for years. In my most recent experience in dealing with them, I was going away on vacation and they delivered my car to my house so it would be one less thing I had to do when I got home. Now that's service!!
Bring your BMW here! Alan and his team are fantastic, honest, hardworking people who actually care about their customers. My car has never driven better AND it was half of the cost of the BMW dealership!
I would recommend Revolution Auto Services in a heartbeat. I’ll be coming back for sure!

service was excellent as usual, not cheap but always reliable and a readily accessible loaner car.
I was trying to decide if I should have my 2011 BMW repaired or trade it in. There was a lot of work it needed to get it to the point where it was even worth it. BMW gave me a high dollar quote in repairs and it was only a partial fix. After consulting with Alan, he diagnosed all the problems, told me what I can put off for now, and what would be necessary for my safety and the life of the car. While I spent a decent amount of money, it was less than BMW would have charged, line item by line item, and the car is humming! Alan gave personalized service, which I don’t get at BMW. He takes pride in his quality work, and feels personally responsible. I also got a 3 year, 36,000 mile warranty on all his work. I am happy and will definitely be returning for all my car needs. And I got to drive a beautiful Mercedes as a loaner car! The best experience with a car mechanic ever. Alan stands behind his work. Can’t say enough!!
