Quick scheduling and excellent service
The shop did a great job of scheduling my service on short notice and completed the appointment very quickly. Appreciate that they are able to communicate through voice, text, email to coordinate and approve work orders as taking calls during the day is not always possible.

Fixed my issue that 5 other garages couldn't figure out
I made an appointment to get a 2 year old issue fixed. I had been to 5 others garages and no one could figure it out. Alan had the car for a few hours, called me back because he figured out the issue and had it fixed later that day. It was 102 degrees that day and he still was happy and smiling each time I saw him. 100% recommend this garage to everyone!

Reliable, Fast
I noticed noises coming from the front of the car and immediately drove to Resta which was the closest shop. They made room in their schedule and got it fixed within 2 days. Generally had fast response over text but had trouble reaching via phone.

2018 Cadillac Service
Had my Cadillac in for service. Gave me a heads up what I prob will have to deal with in the coming months which I appreciated. While I was there for pick up I happen to mention my husbands vehicle was slow starting that day. Alan happened to be in the office & the time & gave me a suggestion of what it could be. Which was very nice. My husband was out in the parking lot & Alan came out on his way to lunch probably & was nice enough to stop & talk to my husband about the issue. Now THAT IS EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!! We really felt cared for
