The sale was great, everything after was ridiculous
I bought a 2020 Nissan Altima a week ago. The sales representative Bryant was amazing, down to earth, very patient, very kind. But we had to leave the car there so the service center could clear it. My husband and I have been trying to call just to get the status of the vehicle, I don’t care that it’s not done, I just want to know the status. But we’ve been transferred 8 or 9 times. “The manager is busy”, “I will go get the manager to call you back right now”. There was a guy who was rude. Once you buy a car, they don’t give a damn apparently, even though they still have my car. Very disheartening.
