Total Bull!
My partner and I attempted to get a Nissan Rogue from this place.We saw a car that we wanted and were approved for it, however the dealership needed to get parts for the car as it remained inoperable on the lot. We waited nearly 4 weeks. The sales person was awesome and understanding. The management is another story! We played tag for nearly 4 weeks, having to wait additionally due to the service repair team ordering the wrong part.We called the managers asking for any accommodations because the issues of waiting and them not communicating with us. Point blank from Manny and general manager " Do you want us to give you the car? Your wait is not our problem " This playing tag happened for quite sometime. A few days ago, the part mysteriously showed up as we went into the dealership to see what had been going on. At this point we wanted a car that worked. We saw another car that was a few thousand higher, but not by much. The management team were to concerned about their own pocket and not interested in trying to keep our business. They refused to get us into this car. Keep in mind the parts for the car that we had wanted still needed to be installed and could take an additional 2 weeks because there is only 1 service tech that does it. we ended up not getting the car. Ridiculous. Reliable Nissan let nearly 30,000 with financing pass on by. Perhaps people like us ( GAY) were not welcomed here. Bad business happens here.
