Terrible sale… absolute lemon in the shop 4 times within 2 weeks after purchase
Bought a 2020 Chevy Trax with under 80k miles. Had to be serviced (by them) the day after we bought it with a busted a/c, they said it was fixed a few days later but a/c died the next day, then bought back in for a new condenser, which seemed to fix the a/c. Two days later horrible rattling noise from engine; turned out to be a loose hose they messed up during condenser repair, so back in a 3rd time within 10 days. Then we took an out of state but within 300 miles it broke down with overheating; had it towed to a garage and they are now fixing a bad thermostat and sensor. Dealer says “not their problem” and lemon law doesn’t apply. Save yourself an huge hassle and lots of $$$ and don’t ever buy a car from these crooks… disgusting treatment of customers. They don’t care at all after they make the sale.
