Completely lied to
My daughters car would not start on Jan 30 and she called. Being she is in Springfield for college and we are not close we had it towed to Reliable Hyundai to see what the issue was. Ryan sent me a link to what was wrong and the work was over 4,000. When I told him I could not afford to pay that much can we just try to give it a tune up and see if that would help and he said it wouldn't that the Cam needed to be fixed or it wouldn't run. I said we would just pick it up and he then said well what can you afford I will talk to my manager. I said no we will just pick it up. When my husband showed up to get the car he was treated rudely by Ryan and when asked if it would start to get on the trailer he stated he couldn't get it to start, however he sent me a video of the car running earlier in the day. I have currently taken it to 2 mechanics here in our home town and both of them stated the only thing that was wrong with it was he coolant leak that that Reliable stated. The repairs cost me $102. I feel like I was completely lied to by your staff.
