Thank You Brandon?, Dave?‍?& Mike?‍?for EVERYTHING! Had a waterfall from 2017 VW Golf Alltrack sunroof drains??, Reggie's Crew fixed it & recommended tool to prevent it in future?
12/12/2024: Went in for 70,000ml Svc, (4) ?new tires & coolant leak very reasonable prices?! Dress Bluzz is run'n like a champ?????

It has been such a WONDERFUL experience, each time I've had to bring my Dress Bluzz in. Dave, Brandon & the WHOLE Pit Crew are a real Pleasure to work with! I'm really Impressed with the amount of detail put into their invoices. I've felt heard in conversations (really listening & taking note) & got the sincere feeling that their customers' safety is as important to them as if it were their own Family! Every interaction has truly been an AMAZING service experience?% - LUV the Rosie's Cookies??

Great technical service and great customer service
Reggie's takes care of my M3 and always does a great job. The evaluation is always very thorough and the repair is completed on time. They are very good about working around personal schedules and do everything they can to get my car in when requested. I am very pleased with Reggie's and will continue to use them for our Audi A5, Audi Q7 and my M3.

Incredible service and great staff!
I took my 2010 BMW Z4 to Reggie's to be serviced and the staff and the shop were impeccable! Not only did they go into detail what was needed but sent pictures as well! Nick Sartor was my Advisor and Travis Todd was the Technician and kept in touch with me letting me know any and all updates. Nick Howard (the other Nick) was also great, I hope I didn't leave anyone out. My car is absolutely FANTASTIC! It's like driving a brand new car! Everyone was so professional and light hearted , easy to talk to and so nice not to feel, because I'm a woman, less than knowledgeable about cars! I'll be back to get my 2003 Beetle Bug serviced before the winter!

I'm very happy with the service i recieved on my 735i, She has a lot of miles on her, but is still a great car, and Reggie will be a part of keeping her that way. I usually do my own service and repairs, and when I have a job that I can't take on, it's nice to have someone that I know will do as good a job as I would.

Fantastic Job!

A Shop You Can Trust
I recommend RMW to anyone with an out of warranty BMW. The prices are honest and fair as are the people who work there. Most important of all the work is top notch and they stand behind it. It's only a "deal" if you get what you pay for...at RMW you usually get more. I'll be back as long as Reggie and the crew keep the doors open.

Highest recommedation
I don't give 5-star reviews lightly, but Reggie's Motorworks clearly deserves one.

Reggie is very knowledgeable, talented and passionate about what he does. This is reflected in the quality of his work, which consistently exceeds my expectations.

Further, Reggie is a straight shooter who's trustworthy and charges prices that are very fair, especially when you consider the quality. He's also very good about keeping his customers advised on the status of their repairs, and has often sent me updates with photos so I could better understand things.

Bottom line: unless it's an emergency, or I can do the job myself, Reggie's Motorworks is the only shop that I'd entrust with my classic BMW.

Honest and Trustworthy...top notch BMW mechanic.
My litmus test is: "Would I recommend someone to my (80-ish) parents?" The answer is YES. Reggie and Stephanie run a top notch, mom & pop BMW repair shop. Like Dennis H. said, Reggie will let me know what is critical, and what can wait...depending on my budget. Honest and trustworthy are words that describe Reggie. Oh...he really knows BMW's. I'm so grateful our son recommended Reggie to us a couple of years ago. No one else touches our 24 year old 325.
