I had a flat on 40 going east. My tire made it to this shop. I had no spare and I tried to explain to the guy that my vehicle used either a 235,50,r19 0r a 245/55/20. I've had this vehicle since 2013 and he tells me I dont know what I'm talking about. So, once I seen that he is determined that I'm stupid he said Sam's sell your tire for 250.00. I asked if that included the pick up and installation he said no. Your looking at around 400.00. I asked why? He said it 50 miles to Sam's and 50 miles back. I said google tell me the tire is 150.00 and 12 miles. He said ok I'm going to get your tire. I said thank you Walmart has the same tire for 112.00 and less than 10 miles. He said ok. My husband called because there are NO black people in this town and I am a women to check on me and the owner said we'll get to her tire in the morning. Her car is on a Jack and she'll be ok. I told him the town was like the hills have eyes. Please do not leave me here because you'll never hear from me again. PLEASE DO NOT, AGAIN DO USE THIS COMPANY.
