Best buying experience ever… HANDS DOWN
No long or boring story needed, this dealership is best to work with. Xabian is the perfect blend of professionalism and chill. It felt like we were working with our own son. And then we met da MAN, Al!!!! This dude is one of the most chill and easy working with finance/sales/all around chill man that I have ever met. He is extremely knowledgeable and goes way out his way to his customers out. Top Notch all around!!!! Thanks again guys!

Service Department Cannot Repair Car
We purchased a new 2021 Hy SF Hybrid on 8/17/2021. Shortly thereafter we began to hear a popping noise when driving the car. We have brought it in for service 3 times. Techs at this dealership have been unable to determine the cause of the problem. After the 3rd visit their advice to us was to file a claim under the Lemon Law. We are seriously concerned that we are driving a car with a safety issue. We are extremely disappointed that this is the best the dealership can do for us.

NOT GREAT AT ALL!!
Went there a weekend ago informed the guy that came out( Ty) informed him that we are in need of another car looked around opened the door to a RED hyundai sonata and it stunk like an astray. I said, WOW! you guys don't do detail cleaning before parking it that was red flag #1. I saw the Elantra but didn't have a price tag on it. I looked on the app that I was pre approved from and the Elantra was there at a reasonable amount. I called and spoke with a person (Shane) they said its there. I went back to take a closer look turn it on. it seem fine. He informed me that the streering wheel had a noise and it was schedule to get fixed, not sure when and that it would only take about an hour, also he stated that he wanted to be "HONEST" the tires are new but if the noise while driving bothers you we can change them.(not sure if that was a selling thing for him or not) I said oh ok, went inside confirmed everything told him " we will be in the next day as soon as you open He said after his meeting that would be great. We get there Shane is not there and Ty seems to not wanting to get involved. Ty speaks with the owner and he doesn't seem to be concerned. No one knew where Shane was. Shane walks in Ty is filling him in on what is going on and we are walking out. I was they worst feeling. They don't care about your time.

A huge lack of professionalisms in this dealership, from the mangers, to the front desk girl, to their sales team. Salesman Ezra was absolutely awful. Not only was he your typical sexist car salesman’s who only addresses the “Man” but he clearly had his own personal bias against. We were ignored once we left his office after being promised the world. It was impossible to get a hold of him for a simple yes or no question, instead was only texted “with a customer” as hours passed by. It wasn’t until I said I was no longer interested that Ezra then flipped out over text saying he was busy with customers who were “here and able to buy but good luck”. I was shocked to be told that because So are we? We drove over 2 hours to work with Ezra and now that’s the response? He couldn’t even offer the curtesy of pacifying me to say he’s working on it, Ezra instead pushed us aside to work with whoever he felt were more deserving than us. He then goes on to BULLY and harass us over text messages and brings up our private information and hurled a personal insult. I’ve never been treated this way in my life or left a review about anyone but Ezra was literally that horrible I felt inclined to warn others and save them from being harassed and wasting their time. We ended up buying with Kia and suggest others do the same.
