Maria said the staff didn't get back to her when they said they would and they weren't attentive. The mechanic told her he ordered a certain part in black, but it only comes in silver and he didn't informed her of this.

Luis said the staff were knowledgeable and provided good service.
Romero said the business spent about 4 hours on his vehicle. They did nothing to his exhaust pipe and he is still having problems. He stated he feels they should be honest with their customers, if they are not able to get to something to be done on their vehicle. He would not recommend the business for service.
Johnny said the service turned out pretty well, but something is rattling. Other than that, the vehicle is running well. The prices were not the same from the phone quote earlier, than upon his visit to the business. It was about $1000 more.
