Always A Great Experience @ Ray’s!
Absolutely love this shop! They take great care of my ‘21 Yota TRD ORP, arguably, better than the Toyota STEALerships have! Their oil changes are expensive tbh, but I prefer they use Toyota 0W20 and not the advanced auto special 0w20 and Toyota fluids are more expensive than others. Their oil changes are also complete and they replace the drain plug gasket/washer without fail! Had the dealership do my oil when I bought it and then took it to Rays for the next and they said “whoever did the last service removed the gasket/washer & never replaced it so it was leaking oil on-top of your skid plate, but we replaced the washer and cleaned all the oil up!” So they earned my future business with that! Really great people and a great shop that you can ultimately trust! Trust to actually do the work and do it properly, but also not upsell you on ANYTHING just to upsell you. They’ll kindly tell you, as they did with my last annual inspection I had done this past Friday; “hey you’ll need brakes relatively soon as the rear are at about 3mm and the front pads are about 4 mills” and they didn’t say “hey your truck is going to fail inspection, but you can have us do the brakes all around and then we’ll pass the inspection” as a lot of shops would’ve done! You can trust Rays to put the customer, job and techs skill above the time. They won’t rush a job to be done quicker over doing the job correctly for their customers! Thanks for everything!!

Ray’s Is Amazing!
As usual, they were thorough, transparent, with what needed to be done, and very fairly priced. This visit was concerning my adult daughter‘s car that means a lot to me for safety. They did a state inspection, complete transmission, fluid replacement, oil, change, tire, rotation, replace several burnt out lightbulbs, and most impressively restored my daughter’s headlights to like new condition.
The owners of this place take real pride and what they do.
If you live anywhere near Smithfield, Virginia, VIRGINIA, you would be a fool to take your car anywhere else.
Ray’s is amazing and SUPER Trustworthy!
