Took my saughters car there to have the power steering pump replaced but not by my choice. Two wewks later it was back because it was still leaking. We were told something along the line that they did not put orings on and that they had to power flush the pump. Took it back for a third time and got it back . The guy in the office said thay the pump they put on was faulty and they replaced it again. My thought is they should have caught that the second time. Also, I personally put something in the glove box while just before taking it back thos time. When I got into her car, it was laying in the floor. When I said something, the guy in the office only said the machanic had no reason to go through her car. I hope I do not have to take it back again.
