Trustworthy and personable

I am confident when I speak to Steve that I will get straightforward auto repair answers immediately and transparent pricing quotes that are in line with area practices. Steve and his crew are wonderful. He will provide an honest assessment of your problem and a fair estimate of time required and cost. He will never try to upsell you or suggest that another, secondary problem has just arisen. At a pinch, Steve will accommodate my emergencies, even when I know that he is very busy.
