My salesman Nick was very through/knowledgeable about all the features of the car and how to use those features.
I was very satisfied with my salesman Nick. Nick was very through/knowledgeable about all the features of the car and how to use those features. It was the finance person I was not so satisfied. Went into do the paperwork and he was really aggressive in selling extra warranties which I approved at the time. Afterward I researched the warranties further and I discovered I did not need the extra warranties on a new car. I called Josh and was told to come in and sign cancellations. I came in that following Monday and Josh was with clients. I waited almost 90 minutes to sign one piece of paper that took 5 minutes and Josh proceeded to still push the warranty. I think he could have step out for 5 minutes so I would not waited that long and not been so adamant about the extra warranties on a new car that already has excellent warranties. Also the cost of the car was increased significantly because of the shortage of vehicles currently.

Salesman was good but not finance person and vehicles are marked up above sticker because of shortage

So the only positive I can say is my salesman was very through explaining the car and knowledgeable about the car and all the features.
