Convertible Top issues with Chrysler 200

my recently purchased Chrysler 200 top stopped latching suddenly and I brought it in for repairs a couple of parts were needing replaced and the whole system re timed to work properly. it took time to trace down the issues but it is repaired and working great. My mechanic answered my weekly questions on the progress in plain terms fully. I will recommend them highly. Scott Claycomb

consistantly good

Things come back fixed. Right parts on older sports cars may be hard to find; universally so. But on what is up to Randall's: diagnostics, repairs, testing, Randall's is consistently good. Cars once broken come back fixed. Not better, fixed!

Quick response. Thorough, reliable and reasonable attention to our car trouble

Randall’s Auto Haus helped us with an ongoing problem with our MBZ recently. Their approach in diagnosing the trouble spot was step by step and managed to keep the diagnostics accurate and within reason. We greatly appreciated how quickly they worked us in, completed the diagnostics and outlined the source of the problem. Their staff is courteous, professional and helpful. We have great confidence in their work and feel comfortable recommending them to others.

Save your time and money

Do not bring your car here. I had Randall's do a lot of work to my 2019 C63s. I got a transmission flush, new fluids, come to find out after I bring it to Mercedes Benz of mobile the car was about 5 liters low on fluids which caused my transmission to overheat and blow. Randall sent me a bill for $12,000 to get it fixed. Luckily I was able to tell some people at Mercedes Benz of mobile what happened and they diagnosed it right away and assured me the previous mechanics did not do their job properly. My transmission pan was also hand tightened and loose. It's amateur hour over at Randall's do not bring your car here! Save yourself a headache and money.

Blowing cool. Drives Better.

My 2nd visit! Was lucky to find Randall's. Other places would not work on an older Mercedes. I understand that good work takes patience and finding parts can be a challenge, but after 3 months and $8000, I had to retrieve it, even though it still needs a new AC compressor and the controls don't work right.

We had several repairs to a ‘96 BMW Z3.

This was our second visit to Randall’s Autohaus. Our first visit was to repair power steering and replace the rack and piñon. Second visit included routine service and to replace window motor and regulator.

The staff members are very professional and competent. For the first time in many years we know or classic car is in good hands.

Lack of transparency

After a day or so of my vehicle being towed in. I received a phone call about my Volvo from Randall. He proceeded to explain what was wrong with the vehicle but turned out he had mixed my vehicle with another customers. I had explained to him during that phone call my vehicle had an electrical issue and I had already checked my spark plugs and wires and stated the couldve been a shortage. He then proceeded with the 3 hour diagnostic to later tell me there was a compatible engine in my vehicle and he had pre ordered the vehicles part without notifying me. The total ended up being 1,066 to replace the fusable link between the starter and my car, diag, as well as the labor plus ordering. I thought I might as well do it myself since the land Rover engine that was in my vehicle had a starter located at the bottom of the engine. Finally proceeding with the payment I asked for the vin of the engine and asked where the starter was located (after pointing out the protruding wire hanging from the bottom of the engine that connects the starter) they refused to give me that information and told me my starter was next to the battery and there was no way I would be able to fix it myself.
