Never a concern when taking my car to Ramsey ~
When you find a shop that's HONEST and DEPENDABLE there's no reason to go anywhere else. The first time I took a car there a previous shop that changed the oil had told me I needed new breaks. SO... Ramsey Auto Center had been referred to me for a different issue, when I left the car I said "you just as well put new breaks on while you have it". I received a call later in the day telling me I didn't NEED new breaks! Needless to say, I wouldn't think of taking my car to anyone else. Shops just don't get any better.

Excellent customer service snd HONEST shop.
This shop is far the best in customer service. They provided the maintenance/service that is actually needed and NOT try to upsale or pad the bill for the customer

They offer a military discount which tells me they honor and believe in the men/women who served this country and this is the way they give back to them

Excellent
Battery told me to keep the car running. Don’t turn off the engine. Arizona heat. I was afraid to have to call a tow truck. Went straight to Ramsey. They pushed me into the schedule with a new battery. Also, I got a service since I was already there. Perfect.
