Glenn and his crew are the best of the best. Glenn is incredibly knowledgeable about building and tuning all high end sports cars. I was breathtaking just seeing the cars at his shop he was working on. Every car there was $100,000 plus. RPM is the only place I will go for high performance work.
It took almost a month over their quoted time to get my car in the first time. After getting the car back from the clutch job, a vacuum line was left off, causing an engine light by the time I got it home. I fixed that and drove it for 2 months before my clutch pedal was unresponsive due to a broken clutch pivot ball. Tow it back to the shop and a week and a half later I get it back again. Immediately I can tell the exhaust isn’t hooked up correctly because it sounds straight piped. After inspecting the whole car the next day, I found the slave cylinder boot is now torn, the clutch fork boot is not installed properly, the transmission is leaking fluid from both axle output seals and the exhaust system is not secured to the down pipe and missing a nut. I have heard great things about this shop, which is why I wanted to take my car here. About $4000 later, and I will not be returning.

Finding a good shop is hard. I have been to many. Glen and his team are first rate people and mechanics. I truly appreciated the honest and strait forward approach they took when working on my Trackhawk. Fantastic service at a fair price. Highly recommend.
I installed a RIPP SC kit on my Challenger and had it tuned close to home. The original tuners were nice guys, but the tune was not good. I had constant codes (primarily misfires on cylinder 2 or random misfires) and the road manners were substantially worse than stock. I tried everything mechanical (plugs, coil packs, injectors) to alleviate the codes, but it made no difference.
After about 6K miles, the cats were shot and it turns out the tech turned off the over-temp sensor reading. New cats are not cheap, so I decided to seek out a different tuner and RIPP recommended RPM. I wish I had gone there first!
Not only did the HP and Torque jump by 52HP/34lb-ft, but the road manners returned to what I remember from the pre-SC days. Yep, the power is there, but it only makes itself known when your right foot calls it up with no unexpected hesitation, surging, or worse, backfires.
Glenn & the team are a pleasure to work with and there knowledge & skill are unparalleled. My '72 RR is going to be paying them a visit this spring, so I expect I will be writing another glowing review in a few months. Beep-Beep!
