Oil change
Oil change took all day to get my car back. Left it at 8:00 which was my appointment time. It was ready later in the afternoon.

Hi Larry, when you dropped the keys off and told us you were not going to wait we thought you were leaving it with us for the day. We should not have assumed and asked you when you wanted it back. You have been a long time customer and appreciate you very much and hope we see you back again. So sorry for the miscommunication.
