Service of transmission
Today, I had my transmission fluid changed. When I made the appointment last week, I had spoken to Don. We discussed possible issues with my shocks as well, but that I definitely needed the transmission serviced. He said he would drive my car before doing the work to determine if there were other issues. Don actually brought me back home after I dropped the car at Quality. It gave him a chance to test drive for those other issues. I not only needed shocks, but the front brakes were causing the car to vibrate when braking. Don is very willing to work with a customer in prioritizing the work and cost. My family has used Quality for years. They do reliable work and are fairly priced.
