Melissa was wonderful! I came in without an appointment, but luckily someone had canceled, and she was kind enough to squeeze me in. She took the time to explain what my car needed and gave me a quote that was completely reasonable.
The original estimate was around $500 for brake pad replacement, a state inspection, and an oil change. To my surprise, the final bill was even less!
After inspecting my brakes, the technician only replaced the brake pads that were worn out and left the ones that were still in good condition. That really impressed me because it's not something you see very often. Many places would have taken the opportunity to replace everything and charge more, whether it was necessary or not. But not here! They actually cared about doing what was right for the customer.
I feel incredibly lucky to have found this shop, especially since it's not so far from our home. It gives me peace of mind knowing we have a place we can trust with all of our vehicles' maintenance and repairs.
