Dropped my car off overnight and only described one problem in the dropbox envelope. By 8:30 the following day, they called me. Already had everything priced out, told me the part would take a day to come in but they'd work on it the next day. Perfect.

They also said they found a few other issues while inspecting the car (which I did have planned to fix at a later date) but they asked if I wanted to fix them and gave me a quote. They did not do the classic "if you don't do this your cars gonna explode" spiel other mechanics might do to force you into paying more money, they simply asked "do you want this done? It would be an additional $x." And so I did. No hidden fees or anything, the total was exactly what I thought it would be to the dollar.

On top of all of this, they called by by noon the following day. Including waiting a whole day for a part, I got my car back in 1.5 days. Fast, honest, transparent workers. Couldn't reccomend enough based on my experience.
