I went because of an issue with my undercarriage. I had no idea what to do, and would have been easy to rip off. They told me the problem, had me order a part on Amazon to save money, and will finish the repair when I get it. I feel like I paid way too little, a rare feeling when getting my car fixed.

I called and told them what I needed they ordered the part they called me when the part arrived. I brought my vehicle in when it was convenient for me. Repair was done in less than an hour.

Took my car to Quality Auto after going to dealer for all change and inspection. Dealer charged over $300, essentially for an oil change and a diagnostic for loss of cabin lighting and to fix a fog light, which neither was completed. No need to ever visit them again (Fette Infiniti) and will make Quality my repair shop from this point forward. By the way, they actually fixed my fog light, which was not fixed at the dealer, for less than $80. Although they couldn't fix my in-cabin lighting at the time due to back-order for the part, they did provide options to acquire the part on eBay and didn't charge me a hefty diagnostic fee that I was charged at Fette Infiniti. I highly recommend Quality Auto for your repair needs. They are fast, fair and care about you as a customer and are reasonably priced.

It's always a pleasure working with the staff at Quality in Bloomfield. The staff is friendly, they explain the work that they intend to do with an upfront estimate and what work is expected in the future based on the needs of the car. Prices are transparent and fair. This time they even kindly removed a kink from my door that I'd been suffering through hearing when I opened and closed my door for a a full year, at no cost! Major thanks to the crew. I'll be back for my next set of auto care needs of course.
