replacement tire needed in Washington
I can't thank James and his team enough for helping us with replacing our Goodyear tire on our Volkswagen Atlas. We picked up a threaded rod that punctured the tire and we were looking for an exact match and they had it. We were in town for the night and they were able to get us back on the road the same day late afternoon. The technician that worked on our vehicle was also super nice and informative. Thanks again for the great service we received.

Rude from start to finish
I've been a customer for 6+ years. Originally Alfredo was extremely friendly. Now he acts like he hates his job. He interrupted me several times and shook his head. When I came to pick up my car he was yelling at the staff. Bernie and Chris were very professional. Unfortunately due to Alfredo's behavior, pugh's has list my business.?

Oil Change
I got a "so-called" $24.95 oil change....tax on 24.95 = 7% x 24.95 = 1.75......24.95 plus 1.75 = $26.70...I was charged $28.83....feel ripped off

No More Shake Rattle and Roll!
Got tires at another establishment and even though they charged me for it they did not balance or align the tires... so I got the shake rattle and roll! Pughs fixed it and I got the smooth ride back...did my brakes as well....such a good job and I wish I had bought my tires from them as well!
