We had our AC System completely redone with a new radiator in July. Unfortunately a bolt on the engine shroud ended up vibrating a hole in the AC Line and thus no cold air while we were in Phoenix for most of the year. Allen said bring it in while in town. We dropped off on Day 1 and it was repaired & back to us within 48hrs. Thanks Puget Sound Auto!!!

I called to schedule an oil change for my truck. Allen said they were pretty much booked for the day I needed. He offered that if I could drop it off, he would get it done. So, my wife followed me in to drop it off. My wife's Trailblazer's sunroof was stuck open, and I merely asked for any advice on how to get it closed (since we're currently in the rainy season). They took a look at it and gave us a cost estimate to fix it at a later date. We explained that we just needed it closed and we were good with it not working for now. Well, Allen and two of his mechanics, went to work on it immediately and with a little help from the good Lord above, were able to get it closed. I've been taking our vehicles to PSAR for a few years now, and they always treat us well, and provide excellent top-quality service. I highly recommend them to anyone with auto repair needs.
