DO NOT…use this place!!! Bad business!!
Started work without giving us the price of $600 AND they weren’t sure if it was going to fix the problem. So $600 on a maybe. So had to pay them for what they started. Lucky I called to ask price and they said they were almost done fusing wires. And the Part they put in without telling us how much so we can agree price was good, doesn’t even work at all! He said he figured my father (an old veteran) knew electrical stuff costs a lot so he didn’t think he needed to tell him price.
Just one gross thing after another at this place and the other businesses in the same place. I noticed he sells cars here. He likely doesn’t tell people what’ it’s going to cost and when the work is done and they can’t afford it he has the right to put a lien of vehicle and sell it. Can’t say that’s what he had planned with ours or not but it sure could very well be how he gets vehicles for his car sales part of the business.
DONT RISK IT HERE!!! Liars. Sheisty. Unethical. Didn’t fix what they did charge us for!!

Complete failures
Worse auto shop I've ever seen in my life.
I had to take my truck to another dealer to service the AC correctly.
The wrong shocks were installed on my truck after I gave them the proper ones to put on.
Fog lights were put on upside down and when I requested adjustment of the beam I was told by the genuised there's no adjustment thats how they go.
Complete asinine service as they have no clue what they're doing. Avoid this shop like the plague.
I've been going to Pueblo Auto Shop for 10 years and I have been constantly impressed with their work. Prices are reasonable and communication about services is clear and respectful. My entire family trusts Lino with their cars.

Crv repair
I have been going to Lino since I moved to Pueblo 20 years ago when he was referred to me by a friend. He’s always does an excellent job and has very reasonable prices. He is not quick to recommend a repair unnecessarily and has told me on several occasions that I can wait a few months before completing a repair because still running well. Trust is a big deal for me and I trust him. He’s honest and ethical.
Determination to find the mechanical problem
They were working on a 1998 older vehicle and they were able to determine the problem with it and repair it for a good price. We are extremely satisfied with their service!
Pueblo Auto Clinic is great. Have done beautiful work on my vehicle and at fair prices. They are very nice and explain thoroughly what needs to be done. I highly recommend them!
