Joe said the people on the phone were great, the building was great, and they even picked up his wife so she could pick up the vehicle, which was great. But they said some of the parts he needed were ones he just replaced a couple months ago and that made him not trust them, and why he would not recommend them. He added it was a letdown but everything else with his service was great. He said they told him he needed brake pads and rotors, which he just had done a couple months ago and they should have been able to see that, but when he told them he just had them done, they switched to some other things that he needed replaced. He said it kind of left a big question mark, but everything else with the service was great for the service he did receive.
