Everyone there was cooperative and pleasant. Received a quote within a few hours and willing to decrease price down a little upon request. Work completed the same day and car able to be picked up prior to closing. Would recommend them to others

The folks here are very friendly and accommodating. The mechanics are experienced, honest and know what they’re doing. Prices are reasonable and don’t pressure you to do work that you don’t want done. Nelson, Tim and Michelle are happy to help you !
In 2 days they located and repaired the problems with my car for a reasonable price.

Ridiculous quote!
Wanted to charge me $1,500 for a repair that another mechanic was charging $800 for. They also charge $125 for a diagnostic fee and I’ve only ever paid $65-$75 at other repair shops. It’s hard to find honest, reputable mechanics

Excellent service and communication
I am new to area and needed a mechanic to look at jeep and repair. Stopped by Prospect Automotive because they were close by. I am glad I did! They looked over the Jeep, diagnosed and fixed the issues. Service was excellent, they kept me posted and the prices were fair. I am glad to know I have found an auto shop that I can trust and take care of my vehicles!
