Scheduling an appointment at a time that worked for me was easy. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. The service person I worked with was polite and professional. My only negative comment was about the people sitting at desks when you first entered. They were having a private conversation about a night out drinking, and were swearing multiple times. I’m sure they saw me sitting there. Carrying on like that made me uncomfortable and was unprofessional. I would give a ‘9’ rating if not for having to listen to this conversation.
